You can secure your big day by getting in touch here and paying a non refundable deposit of £250 directly to Peony. This is then deducted from the balance of the hire cost. 

At this point you do not need to be firm on your order, but we request at least 6 months prior to the wedding that you have a firm agreement of your hire. 

Absolutely! We have dressed some gorgeous international events over the years. Why not pop your bouquet in your hand luggage!

This service will only be available for self collection and return, which we can discuss with you in more detail. We can also discuss arranging a slightly longer hire period.

Of course! Our very talented Charlotte and Kerry would be delighted to make your bridal and groomsman flowers. And we can mail them to you for convenience!

Absolutely not! We have done wedding all throughout the UK and internationally!

Please note we do require a minimum spend for certain areas.

Of course! Changes can be made to your order 3 months prior to your wedding, as the preparation of your wedding will have already started.

Where you can add freely to your order, we advise that no more than 15% of the agreed price can be reduced, and no major modifications can be made 3 months prior to the wedding. Any alterations are subject to Peony’s discretion.

Payment for your hire is required in full 6 weeks prior to your wedding. The total will be less the deposit you have made. We will also require a security deposit of 20% of the total hire price and is required to be paid 10 working days prior to the date of hire. This is then returned 7 working days after the items have been returned to Peony. 

Payment for all purchased items, such as bouquets and bridal party flowers is required 4 weeks prior to your wedding and/or on completion and collection. For purchase items, a deposit of £50 is required before items can start to be made. This may differ slightly if you choose fresh flowers. Please get in touch here to talk about fresh flowers for the bridal party.

Yes! Peony make fresh bridal party flowers on request. Our very talented Charlotte was a fresh florist for well over a decade! Get in touch here to find out more.

Please note the cost of these can differ on price of market flowers at that time. A deposit is still required to book your order.  

Yes, we like to make sure we're 100% on the same page for your event. The first consultation can be scheduled by either zoom or preferably a visit to the Peony showroom. 

This is just to give you a basic understanding of how the hire works but not a firm quote.  This will also give the Peony team an understanding of your event, i.e how many guests, the venue, when the event is taking place and some idea of your budget. 

A further and more detailed consultation happens after you have paid your deposit and want to go ahead with Peony for your wedding/event.  

Here we go through all the finer details you wish for your day. This is when your beautiful vision starts to come to life.  

This is recommended by the Peony team to be within the Peony showroom preferably, but we can arrange a call for your ease. There maybe further 1-1 meetings either by zoom or within the showroom towards the final build of your flowers. 

Yes! All the flowers will be sprayed either before they leave the Peony head quarters or when they are in situ, with our beautiful signature fragrance, Fresh Flowers by Peony. 

This in included in your hire price and is standard practice, unless you request otherwise.

Yes, this can be arranged by the team but there may be a charge for this depending on the location of the venue.

The Peony team have a very good relationship with a majority of the local venues so may not need to visit again!
